JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that it has come on record in the proceedings before the learned lower court that the wife-respondent herein is being paid Rs.1,000/- per month, as per the orders passed in the proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C., as mentioned in para No.2 of the impugned order dated 01.02.2008.

(3.) The learned trial court in para No.5 of the impugned order dated 01.02.2008 has ordered for the payment of Rs.1,200/- per month as maintenance pendente lite under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and Rs.500/- as litigation expenses and Rs.200/- as expenses for attending the court on every date of hearing.
