(2.) Petitioners have preferred these Civil Writ Petitions aggrieved by Order passed by District Supply Officer, whereby he has suspended the Ration Shop License issued to the petitioners.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that without there being any complaint, order has been passed by the District Supply Officer.
