JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with F.I.R. No.293/2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Gangapurcity, District Sawaimadhopur for the offence(s) under Section(s) 323, 341 and 143 of IPC later on for offences under Sections 147 , 148 , 149 , 341 , 323 , 324 , 326 and 307 of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of any overt act in causing injury on the person of injured. He submits that the petitioner is a lady and is victim of over implication. He submits that her custodial interrogation is not warranted and similarly situated co-accused persons namely Smt. Sushila & Smt. Sukko have already been extended benefit of pre-arrest bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and prays for similar benefit for her also.
