JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of FIR NO.831/2019 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District Jaipur City (East) for the offence under Sections 420 , 409 , 464 , 456 , 468 , 471 and 120-B of IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has been falsely implicated to pressurize his uncle Mr. Naresh Vashishtha who published news items in Dainik Bhaskar related to illegalities committed by the complainant-RTO. He submits that without proper service of notice or without considering the reply of the petitioner, licence of Motor Driving School run by the petitioner has been cancelled against which proceedings are pending. The investigation in the case is not being conducted in fair manner, thus the Petition should be allowed and the impugned FIR be quashed.
