JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner by way of this criminal misc. petition challenges the condition which has been imposed by the trial court while releasing the crane bearing registration no. RJ-14-EA- 4412 of submitting a bank guarantee to a sum of Rs.5 lacs and renewal of the same.

(2.) It is submitted that there is no occasion for asking for bank guarantee and the petitioner has also taken this court to the orders passed by this court as well as by the Supreme Court wherein directions have been issued of submitting a bond of Rs.1 lac.

(3.) I have considered the submissions as above.
