JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present 2nd bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 551/2019 registered at Police Station Niwai, District Tonk for the offence(s) under Section(s) 323, 341, 342, 354-B, 509, 376, 511 of Indian Penal Code and 66 of Information Technology Act .

(2.) Heard learned counsels for the parties through 'Jitsi Meet'.

(3.) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the prosecutrix in her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has levelled no allegation against the petitioner and hence, the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of bail in this 2 nd bail application. No other contention has been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
