JUDGEMENT

(1.) Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the courts.

(2.) Heard Mr. Ashwani Chobisa, learned counsel for appellant, through Video Calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the court.

(3.) This suspension of sentence application has been filed by the appellant alongwith the appeal.
