MOHAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 07.11.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue, whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 14.02.2007 passed by the SDO, Gulabpura, whereby the petitioner's application under Order VII, Rule 11 CPC has been rejected.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to raise all the issues in the matter pending before the SDO, Gulabpura under Section 175 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955.

(3.) In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
