JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects pointed out by the Registry are waived at this stage. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner is directed to remove the defect after the resumption of work in a routine manner at this state.

(2.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.559/2019 registered at Police Station Anta, District Baran for the offences under Section 143 , 341 and 323 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.
