JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out of court and requested this Commission to permit him withdraw the appeal.

(2.) In view of the memo, this appeal is dismissed as settled out of court. There shall be no order as to costs.

(3.) The counsel for the appellant as prayed in his memo is permitted to withdraw the statutory deposit, if any, by filing an appropriate application.
