JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.91 dated 27.4.2017 registered under sections 341, 342, 149, 384, 511, 506 I.P.C at Police Station, Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar.

(2.) Counsel for the parties have been heard.

(3.) FIR has been registered on the complaint of Managing Director of DIPS Institutions being run in the city of Jalandhar.
