JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for condoning the delay of 680 days in filling the appeal.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay of 680 days in filling the appeal is condoned. RSA No. 3960 of 2011 (O&M)

(3.) This is second appeal filed by the defendant in the suit against whom the suit for specific performance filed by respondent No. 1 was allowed. The appeal filed by the present appellant was also dismissed. Hence, the present appeal.
