JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. H.L. Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.P. Bhattacharyya, learned Standing Counsel for the Secondary Education Department as well as Mr. U.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the respondent No.7.

(2.) This Court passed an order on 02.09.2019 in WP(C) No.6371/2019 reads as follows:

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the present petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Director of Secondary Education, respondent No.2 to pass an order after hearing both the petitioner and the respondent No.7 on 18.11.2019 for which the petitioner and the respondent No.7 will appear before the respondent No.2 on 18.11.2019 and after hearing both the parties, the respondent No.2 will pass a fresh order within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing of the parties.
