JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. M. Nibo, learned counsel for the Petitioners. Also, heard Mr. T. Jamoh, learned Standing counsel, Education Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, representing the respondent Nos. 2 to 6.

(2.) The writ petitioners, stated to be working as District Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha/ISSE have filed this writ petition with the following prayers:

(3.) Mr. Nibo, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that in so far as prayer No. 3 is concerned, the same has become infructuous and the petitioners would not press for the same.
