JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. N. J. Khataniar, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. N. Borah, learned counsel for the opposite parties/respondents.

(2.) The present Interlocutory Application is filed seeking condonation of the delay of 94 days in filing the connected writ appeal against the order dtd. 27/11/2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 2184/2017, as well as the order dtd. 28/7/2025 passed in Review Petition No. 34/2025.

(3.) The grounds of delay are explained in paragraphs Nos. 4 to 6 of the instant application.
