JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to enter into a subscription agreement with the petitioner for supply of Satellite TV signals to the cable TV network of the petitioner.

(2.) Learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that if the petitioner desires to get signals of the first respondent then it should approach its MSO second respondent herein and enter into a subscription agreement with the said respondent.

(3.) LIST the matter on 20th April, 2006 for hearing.
