JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr.H.S.Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.Gunabanta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Heard also Ms. Monomala Devi, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents as well as Mr. N.Surendrajit, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.

(2.) In the present petition, the issue raised is about relaxation of the essential qualification for appointment to the approved post of teaching staff in respect of Philosophy Department in Liberal College.
