JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. Lalitkumar, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. C. Komol, learned CGSC appearing for the respondent No.2 as well as Mr. Jagat, learned G.A. appearing for state respondents.

(2.) THE only prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to release the amount of Rs.1,97,762/ - (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Two)only deposited by the petitioner in her GPF Account.

(3.) THE office of the Senior Dy. Accountant General (A & E) also issued the certificate that a sum of Rs. 1,97,672/ -(Rupees One Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Two)only is now available in the GPF Account of the petitioner. It is also stated that the petitioner has not been allowed to continue in the service. As stated above, the only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner is not permitted to withdraw the said amount now available in her GPF Account.
