JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. N. Jotendro, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also Mr. S. Nepolean, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents.

(2.) THE only prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to release the undisputed security deposit of Rs.14,71,046/ - (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Seventy One Thousand and Forty Six)only. The respondents have filed their joint affidavit stating that the security amount yet to be refunded to the petitioner is only Rs.13,65,219/ -(Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Two Hundred & Nineteen)only.
