JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. N. Umakanta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned GA appearing for the respondents.

(2.) PETITIONER is the wife of late Kshetrimayum Okendro Singh who was working as a Class -room Attendant(CRA) in the State Academy of Training, Manipur; and her husband Kshetrimayum Okendro Singh died on 12.10.2006 while working as a Class -room Attendant in the State Academy of Training, Manipur.

(3.) IT is not disputed by Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned GA appearing for the respondents that there is one vacancy in the post of LDC in the State Academy of Training, Manipur since 30.04.2012; against that vacant post, the case of the petitioner could be considered for appointment under die -in -harness scheme.
