The present PIL focuses on a very important issue of Forest and reserved forests of Manipur being denuded and illegally encroached for various activities, the details of which have been highlighted in the present PIL in the representation dated 15.6.2019, Annexure-A/12, Page 67 to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Manipur and the representation dated 20.9.2019, Annexure-A/14, Page 70 addressed to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.
