JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the petition filed by the petitioner who is an accused No.10 in FIR No. 09(06)2020 WPS-IE for the offences registered under section 326/498-A/354/34 of IPC.

(2.) A complaint has been given by the victim's father on 21.06.2020 alleging that this petitioner along with other 9(nine) accused persons assaulted and tortured by namely Sanatombi @ Sana.

(3.) As per the averments made in the affidavit, the complainant has given all the family members' name by totally 10 members including this petitioner's name.
