JUDGEMENT

(1.) No representation for the petitioner/applicant in MC(RSA) Nos.4 and 5 of 2020 whereas Mr. T. Rajendra, Ld. counsel and Mr. I. Lalitkumar, Ld. senior counsel for the respondents were appeared.

(2.) Mr. T. Rajendra, Ld. counsel for the appellant in RSA Nos.7 and 8 of 2017 represented before this Court that the petitioner/applicant in MC(RSA) Nos.4 and 5 of 2020 is the defendant No.1 in the Trial Court.

(3.) The Defendant No.1 who is the petitioner/applicant in MC(RSA) Nos.4&5 of 2020 appeared, but subsequently, in the Trial Court proceedings, he has not appeared.
