JUDGEMENT

(1.) . Heard Shri B.P. Sahu, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

(2.) . The instant contempt case was filed by the petitioner praying for initiating suo moto contempt proceedings against the respondent. On 19-06-2020 when the above case came up for consideration, this Court granted the counsel appearing for the petitioner some time to seek instruction in the matter.

(3.) . Thereafter, an application dated 01-07-2020 was submitted to the Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court of Manipur through the Registrar (Judl.), High Court of Manipur praying for taking up and initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent. In view of this application being filed by the counsel appearing for the petitioner, the contempt case being Cont. Case (C) No. 59 of 2020 stands closed.
