JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has alleged wilful violation of this Court's order dated July 29, 2016 by which the Court had directed the District Inspector of School to consider the approval of the appointment of the petitioner in Group-D post lying vacant in Alipore Takshal Vidyapith (H.S.) w.e.f. June 01, 2008.

(2.) The petitioner was appointed as a Group-D staff in Alipore Takshal Vidyapith (H.S.) against an unapproved post by the headmaster of the School w.e.f. 02.01.1998.

(3.) The first vacancy was created due to retirement of one Mukhdeo Prasad (Group- D) on 31.05.2008.
