JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Cr. P. C. has been taken out by Lahor Sk. @ Lohar Sk. who was arrested on 10.6.2012 in connection with Tehatta P.S. case No.282 of 2012 dated 3.5.2012 for committing offence under Sections 498A/406/325/506/34 of the I.P.C.
