THE legality, validity and propriety of the judgement dated 26.7.1995 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Hooghly, in Criminal Appeal no. 40 of 1991 affirming the order of conviction and modifying the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Chandernagar in C.R.
