JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first bail application u/S. 439 of Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant was arrested on 27/1/2022 in connection with Crime No.265/2021 by Police Station Sirsod, District Shivpuri (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Ss. 324, 323, 294, 506, 32 of IPC and enhanced Sec. 326 of IPC.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the rival parties at length and perused the case diary.
