JUDGEMENT

(1.) This civil revision petition arises out of the order dated 31.12.2018 passed in IA No.1207 of 2018 in AS No.40 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kandukur, Prakasam District.

(2.) The revision petitioners are the defendants and the respondents are plaintiffs in OS No.11 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Kanigiri.

(3.) For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as plaintiffs and defendants as arrayed in the suit.
