JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD both sides.

(2.) Respondents have pointed out by way of an additional affidavit dated 05.9.2006 placing on record applicant�s representation dated 27.7.2006 expressing her willingness to join at JNV, Raigarh. Shri Subhash Sharma, learned counsel for applicant states that transfer & posting to Raigarh would tantamount to inter-state transfer by which applicant would stand to lose her seniority and this aspect is being re-considered by the respondents.

(3.) APPLICANT contends that she has been singled out though some seniors to her have been retained in the station ignoring her just claim. This issue cannot be gone into at this stage particularly when a fresh transfer order has been issued by the respondents. However applicant can also raise this issue also with appropriate authority concerned.
