JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) By virtue of this OA, applicant impugns respondents order dated 18.9.2006 whereby his appeal made against rejection to change the inquiry officer has been turned down.

(3.) THE aforesaid request has been turned down as the erstwhile inquiry officer on transfer was changed and the newly appointed inquiry officer has been stated to follow all the principles of natural justice and procedural rules to conduct the inquiry. When not satisfied, led to an appeal preferred before the President, CESTAT, which has been turned down, gives rise to the present OA.
