(1.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) Order dated 22.11.2004 rejecting the request of the applicant for compassionate appointment is being assailed in the present OA.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the applicant states that the points score of the applicant has not been calculated as per the principles laid down and the claim of the applicant, which was meritorious, has been turned down without any reasonable basis.
