JUDGEMENT

(1.) THROUGH this application applicant has sought review of order dated 22.5.2006 by which OA No. 47/2005 and OA No. 2804/2004 were dismissed.

(2.) It has been stated that these OAs were dismissed under Rule 15 of the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules on the ground of non-appearance of applicant's counsel/applicant.

(3.) WE have considered the contentions raised before us as also carefully perused the Tribunal�s orders in question and provisions of FR 22(I)(a)(2). FR 22(I)(a)(1) and (2) read as follows:
