JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S. S. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel along with Mr. C. Padgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. S. Dhargalkar, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

(2.) Leave to amend the misdescription of the respondent no.1 at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

(3.) The above petition inter alia seeks a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioners to resume to the post of Lower Division Clerk in the Department of Tourism, Panaji thereby giving effect to the orders of appointment dated 28.12.2011.
