JUDGEMENT

(1.) M. Katju, J. This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned orders dated 1-9-94 and 15-9-94 (annexure-8 and 10 to the writ petition) and for a mandamus directing the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of selection grade.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) IN my opinion, the petitioner should now make a representation to the authority concerned for grant of selection grade and the said authority shall decide the same within two months of the production of the certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
