JUDGEMENT

(1.) SRI K.K. Arora, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that in view of the judgment of this Court reported in, 1997 (1) A.R.C. 264, the petitioner has liberty to move the learned Distt. Judge under Section 18 of the Act in he event of passing any order under Section 16 of the Act by the Collector. In this view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 19.5.94 is vacated.
