JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant appeal filed on behalf of the accused/appellant is directed against the judgment and orders dated 15.9.2015 passed by Sri V.K. Singh (H.J.S.) Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C., Gautam Budh Nagar in Session Trial No. 427 of 2013 (State Vs. Sripal) arising out of Case Crime No. 66 of 2013 under Sec. 376, 380, 451 Penal Code whereby, the appellant has been convicted under sections 376, 380, 451 Penal Code and sentenced to undergo, rigorous imprisonment of ten years and to pay fine of Rs. 50,000.00, rigorous imprisonment of three years and to pay fine of Rs. 2,000.00 and rigorous imprisonment of two years and to pay fine of Rs. 1,000.00, respectively. In default of payment of fines to further undergo imprisonment of six months, two months and one month on three counts, respectively.
