(3.) THIS writ petition arises out of proceedings for allotment of chaks and is directed against the order dated 8.7.2005 passed by respondent no. 1, the Dy. Director of Consolidation and the order dated 10.3.2005 passed by the Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Mirzapur.
