STATE OF U P Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) SHRI V. P. Mishra, Advocate, who appeared for the informant, has filed power on his behalf.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) THE informant and the deceased, Nazuk, had got married into a mosque out of love and affection for each other. The marriage does not appear going well with the family members, and when the couple was walking out of the mosque, the father of the deceased with the help of accused persons named in the F.I.R., including this petitioner attempted to snatch the lady away from the custody of the informant. The informant approached the police of Sikandra police station, who brought them to the police station and the father and the accused named in the F.I.R. also came there. It appears unusual, that police officers for any particular reasons, had handed over the custody of a lady, who was aged about 20 years, to her father and this fact has not been denied.
