JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the persons who have encroached the public utility land of gata no.522 which is reserved for grave yard land of gram panchayat jodheypur, pargana Sangipur, Tehsil Lalganj District Pratapgarh.
