JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS appeal has been filed for enhancement of the amount of compensation inter alia on the ground that the compensation awarded by the judgment and order dated 29.03.2006 passed by Motor Accident Tribunal, Lucknow in Claim Petition No.533 of 2002 is a very meager amount and unreasonable.

(3.) ACCORDING to appellant's counsel, in respect of an accident occurred on 10.03.2001 in which appellant suffered grievous injuries due to rash and negligent driving of Maruti ZenCar bearing registration No.U.P.32/AC -3031 driven by respondent no.2 -Pankaj Verma. It was brought to the notice of Tribunal that the vehicle was not insured and as such the owner of the car and driver were arrayed as respondents.
