JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the appellant on review petition.

(2.) THE appellant preferred Second appeal no.1273 of 2013 against the judgment dated 25.10.2013 passed by Additional District Judge Court no.3 Banda in civil appeal no.86 of 2012 arising out of judgment dated 25.7.2012 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.) Banda in original suit no.65 of 2007.

(3.) VIDE order dated 20.12.2013 the appeal was dismissed at the admission stage. Feeling aggrieved the appellant preferred this review petition.
