JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter -alia, praying for quashing the Order dated 19.5.2012 passed by the respondent no.2, whereby the Application of the petitioner for award of LPG Distributorship at Gorakhpur, District Gorakhpur under G.P. Category, has been rejected.

(2.) IT appears that Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited issued Advertisement dated 22nd October, 2011 inviting Applications for grant of LPG Distributorship in question. The petitioner submitted his Application pursuant to the Advertisement. Copy of the Application has been filed as Annexure 1 to the Writ Petition.

(3.) BY the Order dated 19.5.2012 (Annexure 2 to the Writ Petition) passed by the respondent no.2, the Application of the petitioner was rejected on five grounds mentioned in the said Order.
