JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of this writ petition, under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought for a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing judgment and order dated 07.05.2011 passed by learned Prescribed Authority under U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 by which a release application moved by Opposite party No. 3 was allowed and judgment and order dated 18.04.2013 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Court No. 12, Lucknow by which Rent Appeal No. 27 of 2011 was dismissed and the release of the disputed premises was confirmed.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for both the parties and gone through the records.

(3.) Learned counsel for opposite party No. 3 put in appearance and filed counter affidavit which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not choose to file any rejoinder affidavit.
