JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents.

(2.) No notice is being issued to respondent no.3 in view of the order which is being passed liberty is being reserved for respondent no. 3 to file an application for variation/modification of the order if he feels aggrieved.

(3.) By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the recovery proceedings as initiated against him by the Bank.
