JUDGEMENT

(1.) SUPPLEMENTARY affidavit filed today in Court by learned counsel for the applicants is being taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.

(2.) THE present bail application has been filed by the applicants in case crime No. 914 of 2009, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (prevention) Act 1986, police station Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr with the prayer to enlarge them on bail.

(3.) LEARNED A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.
