JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR.G.Jermiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition and liberty may be granted to the petitioner to submit an application to the first respondent for re-connection of the electricity service connection No.283-005-246 to his premises at Arakkonam and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
