(1.) This is an application for review of the order passed by me in Civil Revision Application No. 321 of 1998.

(2.) Shri J.T. Trivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri H.R. Prajapati who was representing the applicant in the aforesaid Civil Revision Application were heard. The order sought to be reviewed reads as under:-
