JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Mr. Nikunt Raval, learned AGP for opponent nos. 1 and 2, Mr. Manav A. Mehta, appearing for opponent nos. 3 to 7, who are respondent nos. 1 to 5 in First Appeal No. 4815 of 2006 waive service of notice of rule.

(2.) THIS application for bringing on record the heir of deceased respondent no. 6, Popatkunvarba, is allowed in terms of para 6 (a ).
