JUDGEMENT

(1.) RULE. Shri Pranav Dave, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

(2.) PRESENT application has been preferred by the applicant herein heir and legal representative of the original petitioner Shri Devendrabhai Trivedi permitting her to be joined as petitioner No. 1/1 in the main Special Civil Application as heir of original petitioner.

(3.) CONSIDERING the fact that the application is within the period of limitation, present application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to be joined as petitioner No. 1/1 as heir and legal representative of the original petitioner Shri Devendrabhai Trivei. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the main Special Civil Application. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
